A seasoned IT leader with 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles leading significant IT transformations (40+ staff). Proven hands-on experience working within smaller, agile organizational structures. Strong understanding of ITIL framework, operational excellence, cloud computing, and IT service management best practices.
