Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our solar plants across India. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring performance, identifying operational gaps, and implementing corrective actions to meet targets.

  • Performance Monitoring & Gap Analysis: Track performance of multiple solar plants, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Multi-site Coordination: Liaise with site in-charges for day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and implementation of best practices across all sites.
  • Team Development: Support recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.
  • Project Handover/Takeover: Ensure smooth transitions, following defined scopes and protocols.
  • MIS & Documentation: Manage weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify and onboard quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.
