Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will drive agile delivery processes, engage with business and technology stakeholders, and take ownership of technology deliveries from high-level requirements through development, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive agile delivery process as Scrum Master, leveraging product ownership experience where applicable.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Taking ownership of technology deliveries from high-level requirements through development, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide ongoing support to technology teams, including test case authoring, issue resolution, and change request management.
  • Identify risks and issues early, plan mitigating steps, and communicate them to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 7+ years of experience in banks or product companies with strong Business Analysis and/or Project Management skills.
  • Good knowledge of Trade Life Cycle.
  • Practical experience in a project role as a Back Office/Post Trade Business Analyst.
  • Experience in confirmation, settlement, fixing, netting, SSI, Swift, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or PMP.
  • Knowledge and previous experience of large-scale financial markets technology platforms.
