Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to help deliver innovative solutions that improve the shopping experience for emerging markets.

About the Role

This position is based in our Bangalore office and is part of the International Emerging Stores (IES) Latency team. Our mission is to reduce latency for all emerging shoppers, including EM5 countries and EG, AU, SG, TR, bridge the gap with local Image Competitors and Best at Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design or architecture of new and existing systems
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead technical projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
