Hospitality Service Provider

Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring a high level of service quality.
- Prepare tables according to the type of event and our service standards.
- Answer questions on menu items and provide recommendations.
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cooked orders, and product availability.
- Inform the kitchen about additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests.
- Record transactions in our system at the time of order.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course or beverage.
- Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, etc., throughout the day.
- Complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights.
- Present a physical and accurate check to the guest and process payment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least one year of experience in a related field.
- Supervisory Experience: None required.
- License or Certification: Not necessary.
