Senior Power Management Executive

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Manager to spearhead our power management team in defining and driving the next generation of power products for a rapidly growing market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product definition, with a focus on high-performance power solutions including MOSFETs, DCDC converters, BMS systems, and PMICs.

  • Identify emerging market opportunities and develop comprehensive product roadmaps for power products.
  • Provide expert technical support and training to customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge transfer.
  • Pivot market requirements into detailed product specifications, driving innovation and differentiation.
  • Leverage leadership and mentoring skills to guide a team of product definers and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and design teams to drive market success and achieve business objectives.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • More than 10 years of experience in power management, encompassing product definition, development, and implementation.
  • Expertise in high-performance power products (MOSFETs, DCDC converters, BMS systems, PMICs) and system-level understanding.
  • Proven experience utilizing FEA tools for thermal, electrical, and magnetic investigations.
  • Proficiency in simulation tools (SIMPLIS), C/Python programming, and PCB CAD tools, with a strong emphasis on precision and accuracy.
  • A deep understanding of AECQ, IATF, and ISO26262 standards for functional safety (FuSa).
