Job Title: Digital Marketing Director - High-Performing Google Ads Campaigns

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead high-budget paid advertising campaigns targeting Asian markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven, localized Google Ads strategies across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. They will optimize campaigns for multiple Asian markets with a focus on maximizing ROI, build and manage conversion funnels that align with business objectives, work closely with internal teams including product, content, and sales, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, strong knowledge of tracking (GA4, GTM), bidding strategies, and audience segmentation, proven success with high-performing campaigns, a self-starter with a performance-oriented mindset, and experience in Asian markets and remote work environments is a strong plus.
