Job Description:
As a senior planner, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling processes within our organization. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced planning and scheduling strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage a team of planners to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
  • Design and execute projects and implementations at customer sites
  • Experience with APS software is a must; experience with PSI Metals software is a plus
  • Candidate-oriented; result-driven and proactive attitude


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Minimum of 6+ years work experience with Advanced Planning & Scheduling
  • A background in Computer Science, Electronics, Operational Research, Production Planning, or Software Engineering
  • Above average abstraction and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills


Desirable Skills:
The ideal candidate should also possess:
  • Agile methodologies such as Scrum and frameworks such as SAFe
  • Workforce management experience
  • Soft skills: Team Player, Positive Attitude
