We are seeking an expert to design, develop, and deliver training programs for procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery:
  • Conduct engaging sessions on strategic sourcing, vendor management, and ERP systems.
  • Provide hands-on training in contract negotiation strategies and cost optimization techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Experience in identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers.
  • Vendor Management & SRM: Including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and development programs.
  • Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Strong knowledge of commercial terms, SLAs, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Cost Reduction & Value Engineering: Proven track record in cost-saving initiatives and process optimization.
  • Supply Planning & Inventory Management: Ability to integrate procurement planning with production demand.
  • ERP Systems Expertise: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar procurement modules.
  • Cross-Industry Knowledge: Exposure to procurement processes in medical devices, automotive, electrical, and other manufacturing sectors.
  • Communication and Facilitation: Strong skills in presenting and facilitating industry-specific training programs.
Bachelor's/Master's Degree

A degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or Business Administration with 10+ years of experience.

Certifications like CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, and CIPS are preferred.

Proven experience as a Procurement Manager/Lead prior to becoming a trainer is required.
