  • Job Summary:

    The ideal candidate will have a strong operational HR background, problem-solving mindset, and hands-on experience in handling workforce matters.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, team structures, and organizational effectiveness.
    • Align HR strategy with business goals and drive transformation initiatives.
    • Identify and resolve complex employee relations issues.

  • People Leadership & Team Management:

    • Lead and develop an HR team.
    • Coach people managers on leadership and team dynamics.

  • Employee Lifecycle & Operations:

    • Manage the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
    • Monitor and enhance employee retention and grievance handling.

  • Talent & Engagement:

    • Collaborate on talent acquisition and compensation strategies.
    • Lead employee engagement initiatives and pulse surveys.

  • Data, Reporting & HR Systems:

    • Use data analytics for attrition and performance decisions.
    • Work with HR systems for workflows and reports.

  • Change Management & Culture:

    • Support change management and org restructuring.
    • Drive cultural alignment and DE&I practices.

  • Requirements:

    • 7-9 years of overall HR experience.
    • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree.
    • Experience leading HR for a business unit.
    • Strong exposure to business partnering and compliance.
