"We are seeking a skilled Business HR Partner to drive core processes and operational effectiveness across business units."
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong operational HR background, problem-solving mindset, and hands-on experience in handling workforce matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, team structures, and organizational effectiveness.
- Align HR strategy with business goals and drive transformation initiatives.
- Identify and resolve complex employee relations issues.
People Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and develop an HR team.
- Coach people managers on leadership and team dynamics.
Employee Lifecycle & Operations:
- Manage the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
- Monitor and enhance employee retention and grievance handling.
Talent & Engagement:
- Collaborate on talent acquisition and compensation strategies.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and pulse surveys.
Data, Reporting & HR Systems:
- Use data analytics for attrition and performance decisions.
- Work with HR systems for workflows and reports.
Change Management & Culture:
- Support change management and org restructuring.
- Drive cultural alignment and DE&I practices.
Requirements:
- 7-9 years of overall HR experience.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree.
- Experience leading HR for a business unit.
- Strong exposure to business partnering and compliance.
