Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance networks.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, including expertise in routing and switching protocols, network security concepts, and Juniper-specific technologies.

  • Troubleshooting:

You will troubleshoot network issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions using Juniper devices and technologies.

  • Implementation:

You will configure and deploy Juniper devices and solutions, ensuring they meet network requirements.

  • Support:

You will provide technical support to internal teams and customers, addressing questions and resolving problems.

  • Network Knowledge:

You will have proficiency in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.), network security concepts, and Juniper-specific technologies.

  • Juniper-Specific Expertise:

You will have experience with Juniper devices like ScreenOS and JUNOS, understanding of network management tools (FCAPS, SNMP), and experience with scripting (Shell, Python).

  • Communication:

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Problem-Solving:

You will be able to analyze complex network problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

  • Candidate Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on Juniper technologies.

A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred. Juniper certifications (JNCIA-J, JNCIE-ENT, etc.) are often a plus.
