Job Title: Senior Network Architect

Role Overview:

As a seasoned network expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-level support and guidance on complex network architectures, infrastructure, and technical issues. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve networking-related problems, participating in the development of new product releases, and providing training to staff and client partners.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to validate defects and improve network performance.
  • Contribute to product testing to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Analyze customer calls to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to prevent similar issues.
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs to enhance staff and partner knowledge.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of experience in supporting large-scale network environments. Your technical expertise should include CCNA certification, understanding of network topologies, implementation, and design, as well as hands-on experience with wireless, firewalls, VPNs, switches, and network storage technology.

You should also possess excellent communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills to thrive in this dynamic environment.
