Job Title: Network Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our network strategy.

  • Foster strategic partnerships with dealers and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve financial viability.
  • Develop and implement effective retail strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and dealer profitability.

To achieve this, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of CV dealership operations, finance, and analytical skills.
  • 10-12 years of experience in Network, MS, CS functions, and Project Management.
  • B.E. Mechanical or Automobiles, MBA-Finance Marketing.

This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, monitoring dealer processes, and planning for future networks with electric options.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with dealer partners through forums like DAC, DCM, Dealer Day, and Dealer Satisfaction.
  • Managing dealer grievances and quality upgrades.
  • Leveraging dealership potential revenues through new business verticals.
  • Understanding future mobility and creating a roadmap for it.
  • Measuring satisfaction indices and executing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in Network, MS, CS functions, and Project Management.
  • B.E. Mechanical or Automobiles, MBA-Finance Marketing.
