Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Network Architect to lead our network operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco ACI, Next-Gen Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, Citrix Load Balancers, and AAA servers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing network solutions, as well as providing advanced support and guidance to the network team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of Multi-Pod and Multi-Site Cisco ACI design, implementation, and support, Tenant constructs, Application network profiles, Contracts, Fabric access policies, L3 extensions & Routing and L3 policies
  • Working knowledge of Citrix and F5 load Balancer products.
  • In-depth knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP
  • Hands-on experience (Expert level) of Routing & Switching on vendor devices Cisco, Palo Alto, Citrix, and Cisco ACI
  • Provide level 2 support as the final point of escalation and run with issues until the point of resolution.
  • Support in rotation shifts plus 24/7 On Call support when needed.
  • Troubleshooting traffic flows via underlay and overlay
  • Strong Documentation skills
  • Design and implement advanced network solutions.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues.
  • Configure and optimize Cisco AAA servers.
  • Manage and secure Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls.
  • Oversee the deployment and management of Citrix Load Balancers.
  • Implement and manage Cisco ACI & SDN solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the network team.
  • Ability to assist with incident investigations through to timely resolution.
  • Forward planning and ability to manage non-complex implementations.
  • Excellent analytical & interpretive skills.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation and standards.
  • Good Knowledge of ITIL framework and Service management.
Required Skills:
  • Extensive experience with Cisco AAA servers.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls.
  • In-depth knowledge of Citrix Load Balancers.
  • Expertise in Cisco ACI, SDx, Cisco IOS & NXOS
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
