We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to fill the role of Growth Marketing Strategist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching SaaS products from zero and scaling them into traction, particularly in the fintech industry.

The successful Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new fintech SaaS products in the US market. This includes shaping positioning and messaging to resonate with early adopters, founders, and finance leaders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • GTM Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for launching new fintech SaaS products, leveraging digital communities, partnerships, and unconventional distribution tactics.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences, including early adopters, founders, and finance leaders.
  • Community-Led Distribution: Drive product awareness and adoption through strategic engagement on Reddit, Twitter (X), Discord groups, startup forums, affiliate networks, and fintech communities.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and nurture distribution partnerships with accelerators, fintech incubators, affiliate marketers, and B2B SaaS tool ecosystems.
  • Growth Experiments: Design and run tactical growth experiments, including landing page funnels, waitlist gamification, and incentive programs, to rapidly test acquisition channels and optimize conversion rates.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Fintech Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the fintech industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Community Engagement: Ability to engage effectively with digital communities, including Reddit, Twitter (X), Discord groups, and startup forums.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Experience in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the fintech ecosystem.
