Job Overview

We seek a seasoned and strategic leader to drive our financial operations during an exciting period of growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive financial modeling for business initiatives, investments, and fundraising activities.
  • Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements and regulatory compliance.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital structure optimization, supporting business development opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, collaborating with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
  • Present financial results to stakeholders, investors, and board members, championing financial best practices across the organization.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Previous CFO or similar C-level financial leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in the IT services industry with deep understanding of project-based revenue recognition and billing models, managed services and subscription-based revenue streams.
  • Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with advanced proficiency in financial systems and analytics tools.
