Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA deliveries and collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure high-quality features are delivered.

  • Lead ownership of release deliverables, including multitasking and mentoring;
  • Create QA artifacts such as test plans, test cases, and test execution reports;
  • Identify, document, and track defects;
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues;
  • Prepare and configure test environments, including software installations and configurations;
  • Conduct exploratory testing to find defects not covered by test cases;
  • Deploy microservices applications in Engineering environment;
  • Support SRE team during production releases;
  • Improve processes for test plan reviews and thoroughness of test scenarios;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in functional and automating testing of SAAS products and leading teams of 3-5 engineers;
  • Experience on public or private Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
  • Certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus;
  • Hands-on experience in test automation of multi-tier Enterprise and/or Cloud, SaaS applications;
  • Experience with microservices architecture using Kubernetes and Docker containers;
  • Hands-on experience in functional UI and API automation;
  • LINUX knowledge is essential;
  • Experience in Kafka, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Oracle DB is a plus;
