Job Title: Database Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Database Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relational database concepts and SQL.

  • Develop, test, and deploy Oracle SQL and PL/SQL scripts, packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.

The successful candidate will have experience working with Oracle 19c or later versions and knowledge of database security practices and data integrity concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and maintain database solutions that meet application needs and business requirements.
  2. Optimize and tune SQL queries to improve performance and efficiency.
  3. Work closely with application developers to ensure adherence to best practices for SQL and PL/SQL development.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts and SQL.
  • Experience working with Oracle 19c or later versions.
  • Knowledge of database design principles and data modeling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL in a development environment.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing them for performance.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) for database code management.
