SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Human Resources Expert at Talent Corner HR, you will be responsible for:
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, providing HR expertise and guidance. Act as a bridge between the HR department and business units, ensuring HR strategies support the overall business strategy.
- Talent Acquisition: Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Participate in the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
- Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and recommendations to resolve conflicts or concerns. Investigate and address complaints or grievances in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Performance Management: Provide support in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Coach managers on effective performance management techniques.
- Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and change management initiatives. Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
- Training and Development: Assess training needs within the business unit and recommend appropriate learning and development programs. Support the implementation of training initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company goals. Provide insights on compensation decisions and adjustments.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Interpret and apply HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintain awareness of changes in labor laws and industry trends to inform HR practices.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related metrics and initiatives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of HR policies, laws, and regulations.
