Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reliability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability and performance of our backend services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, implement, and maintain scalable monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to guarantee service reliability.
  2. Collaborate with development teams to design and support scalable, reliable, and resilient systems on AWS.
  3. Contribute to platform engineering projects to create automated solutions for deployment, scaling, and operations.
  4. Assist in disaster recovery planning and participate in DR testing under supervision.
  5. Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant role, such as Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of AWS solutions including EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, and RDS.
  • Interest and understanding of Platform Engineering concepts and principles.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
