Job Overview

As a reliability engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless system operation and infrastructure stability. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Linux and Windows systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient system architectures.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring tools for real-time performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Enhance system reliability through automation and CI/CD pipeline optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems is essential. Proficiency in setting up alerts, dashboards, and analyzing metrics/logs for system performance and reliability is also required. Familiarity with system architecture and configuration management tools, as well as understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and Load Balancing protocols, is necessary. Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki, and strong incident response and troubleshooting techniques are highly desirable. Additionally, hands-on experience with DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform is beneficial.
