We're seeking an expert Upwork Bidding & Business Development Manager with 3+ years of proven experience in managing and leading bidding teams to define strategies, optimize proposals, select high-value projects, mentor team members, and drive higher conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Create and execute effective bidding strategies to increase project wins.

Proposal Optimization:

Develop and refine proposal templates to showcase our expertise and meet client needs.

Project Selection:

Select high-value projects that align with our business goals and client expectations.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and guide a team of bidders to achieve their full potential.

Client Communication:

Establish strong relationships with international clients through effective communication and negotiation.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our bidding process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

At least 3 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding, with a strong track record of closing high-value projects.

Team Management:

Proven ability to manage and lead a team of bidders (minimum 3 members).

Upwork Expertise:

In-depth understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates.

Proposal Writing:

Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.

Cross-Cultural Communication:

Ability to communicate effectively with international clients from diverse backgrounds.

Tech Savviness:

Familiarity with software development services, including mobile, web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and reporting skills to track conversion and performance metrics.

Linguistic Ability:

Excellent written and spoken English skills.
