Treasury Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Management Expert to oversee the daily cash flow, optimize fund utilization, and ensure timely interest and principal repayments for project loans.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in treasury operations. Additionally, they should be able to manage financial risks and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

  • Cash Flow Optimization: Manage daily cash flow across various project SPVs and optimize fund utilization to minimize costs.
  • Capital Expenditure (Capex) Management: Facilitate issuance of Capex LCs and manage Buyer's Credit / Supplier's Credit arrangements to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Surplus Funds Investment: Invest surplus funds in short-term debt mutual funds and fixed deposits to maximize returns.
  • Loan Repayments: Ensure timely interest and principal repayments for project loans to maintain a good credit rating.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain proper records of advance and Performance BG received from Vendors/ BG issued to third parties to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Inter Corporate Deposit Management: Manage Inter Corporate Deposit issuance, Limit monitoring and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Treasury Accounting: Ensure accurate and timely treasury accounting entries on a daily basis to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Forex Hedging: Manage forex hedging activities and related bank documentation to mitigate foreign exchange risks.
  • KYC Compliance: Lead KYC compliance for all bank accounts and drive digital initiatives (H2H, net banking, automation of transactions) to improve operational efficiency.
  • Relationship Management: Liaise with banks on operational matters and maintain strong working relationships to ensure seamless transaction processing.
  • Reporting: Provide timely submission of Treasury related details, audit co-ordination and response to audit queries to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • MIS Preparation: Prepare monthly Treasury MIS, including reports on loans, interest payments, short-term investments, and hedging exposures to inform business decisions.
