Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, providing resolutions for exceptions, and releasing payments in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process invoices, including checking supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice date, etc.
  • Provide resolutions for invoices and exceptions, and release payments accordingly.
  • Maintain a tracker of exceptions and ensure invoices and queries are handled based on the exception tracker.
  • Independently perform transactional tasks that support compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes.

Requirements:
  • Graduate in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Strong English language skills, verbal and written.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to handle varied volumes of workloads and meet targets and deadlines.
