Enterprise Risk Management Professional

The ideal candidate for this role will oversee all operational activities in the Enterprise Risk Management function, ensuring a robust framework is implemented across the organization.

This position requires a high level of expertise in risk management and strong analytical skills to identify, evaluate, and document control weaknesses and deficiencies; develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Risk Management Framework: Prepare and implement a robust Enterprise Risk Management framework to mitigate risks.
  • Internal Control System: Design and implement a robust internal control system to minimize risks.
  • Risk Registers: Maintain accurate Risk Registers (RCSA) to track and assess potential risks.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will be required to:

  • Evaluate and update policies and procedures to reflect best practice and changing regulatory scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Principal Risk Owners to identify and mitigate risks.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educational Qualifications: A graduate degree in finance, management, or a related field from a reputable institution. Professional certifications like FRM, CFA, or CBCP are highly desirable.
  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of managing risk effectively.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, knowledge of Exchange ecosystem and operations, and principles of risk management.
