Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the finance function, establishing appropriate internal controls and monitoring strategic amendments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting, adhering to unit protocols.
  • Provide monthly reports to stakeholders, detailing unit performance against annual objectives and significant matters.
  • Monitor management reporting, including profitability, revenues, and pricing tariff.
  • Develop and implement budget and forecasting models, manage cash flow and working capital.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, prioritizing proactive measures and reviewing issues with senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, addressing queries and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.
  • Audit taxation policies, adopting accurate and effective tax planning strategies.
  • Negotiate with key suppliers, contributing to commercial areas and negotiations.
  • Lead and motivate the finance team, driving business performance and meeting agreed targets.
  • Ensure seamless integration of finance and operational areas, representing the organization externally and maintaining a positive reputation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • CA/CMA with 12+ years of experience in the healthcare domain.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate observational, critical thinking, teamwork, and people skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, handle emotionally charged situations, and demonstrate resilience and empathy.
