We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our organization.

This role involves contributing to the development of automated Functional Integration tests and end-to-end tests through open-source test frameworks for overall system testing within an Agile environment.

Incumbents in this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making. They will lead and manage a team of QA engineers, including manual and automation testers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling QA processes and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and implementing comprehensive test strategies for web, mobile (Android/iOS), APIs, and backend services.
  • Overseeing test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Building and maintaining automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure test coverage and release readiness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, with 5+ years in a Team Manager role.
  • Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing for web applications.
  • Familiarity with modern testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Jira, Selenium, TestNG, Postman, JMeter).
  • Natural leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for upskilling teams.
