Sales Engagement Specialist

We at Adomita Technologies Private Limited are a leading Audio Video System Integration & Distributor of Major AV Brands like Samsung, Kramer, Harman, Poly, Jabra, Zafa, etc. Our organization is engaged in providing communication solutions to our clients Viz Video Conferencing, Digital collaboration Solutions, WFH Solutions, Dynamic Communication Technology, Virtual meetings and conferences on various platforms like Zoom, Google meet, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing
- Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service
- Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits
- Process customers' purchase orders and liaise with the logistics department for timely delivery
- Advise customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications
- FOLLOW UP WITH SALES INQUIRIES MADE BY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS THROUGH WEBSITE CHATS, EMAILS, AND INBOUND CALLS
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High level of energy with an outgoing personality
- Strong presentation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in any field
