Job Opportunity

This role offers the chance to excel in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for serving as the primary customer contact for service delivery and relationship management.

  • You will understand customer business goals and manage service delivery expectations, facilitating and coordinating communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
  • As an Application Administrator and Subject Matter Expert, you will configure, integrate, and develop CRM business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Your responsibilities will also include assisting business stakeholders in translating concepts into written requirements, researching and resolving end-user issues, and recommending system configurations and proposing business solutions.
  • You will also develop and implement test plans and quality assurance procedures, evaluate new features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 releases, and communicate project and release status to stakeholders.
  • Additional responsibilities will include conducting ad-hoc training sessions for system users, managing and resolving escalated product support tickets, participating in ongoing training and development for product and consulting knowledge, and documenting customer interactions and contributing to knowledge sharing.
  • Last but not least, you will drive process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, create and update Salesforce cases, and coordinate weekly activity reports.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

  • You should have 2–5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics and be proficient in MS SQL Server scripting and SSIS packages.
  • A strong understanding of Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate, is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and with cross-functional global teams, are essential.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking, time management, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills are also necessary.
  • Additionally, you should have experience communicating with executives/senior management and be fluent in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above.
Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the requirements listed above, preferred qualifications include experience in technical support or system administration, business analysis skills for designing CRM solutions, and knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Sales, or other CRM software.

  • Familiarity with MS SSRS and Power BI, as well as certification in Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core, is highly valued.
  • Experience with higher education industry and familiarity with MS Dynamics HigherEd Accelerator are also desirable.
  • Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript is a plus.
