Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics Developer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to drive business intelligence and data analysis initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer with expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining analytics solutions that provide actionable insights to business users. This role requires strong proficiency in CRM Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with business users and stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define critical KPIs, and translate requirements into technical specifications for dashboards, lenses, and reports.

- Design and develop analytics solutions, including advanced SAQL, JSON, and UX design, to create dashboards and reports for leadership and business groups.

- Develop dataflows and data recipes in CRM Analytics to support business requirements, and enforce best practices for solution development and deployment.

- Perform in-depth data analysis, create prototypes, and generate ad-hoc reports by leveraging multiple data sources including ADL, EDW, and Salesforce.

- Collaborate with IT, platform owners, and BI analysts to provide inputs on project scope, timelines, and risks.

- Monitor data quality and integrity, defining and implementing process improvements for data-driven analytics solutions.

- Conduct unit testing and QA of analytics solutions and provide cross-functional troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics), with at least one successful solution implementation.

- Expertise in building Salesforce dashboards and reporting solutions, including advanced skills in SAQL, JSON, and UX design.

- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and Data Warehousing concepts.

- Experience with Einstein Discovery models and embedding them into Sales Cloud page layouts.

- Proficient in data modeling, ETL, dataflows, and integration techniques.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Certified (Mandatory).
