We are seeking an experienced Dynamic CRM solution architect to lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM design and development, with over 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. They will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business processes.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle, from design to delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a mixed onshore/offshore team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
  • Proven experience designing and implementing CRM capabilities through Agile prototyping
  • Strong expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, and data integration and transformation tools
  • Ability to lead development activities and maintain code quality across geographically distributed teams
