Job Description

The Assistant Treasury Manager plays a vital role in the Treasury Operations team, overseeing and optimizing short-term liquidity management.

This position ensures accurate and timely cash management, supporting global financial operations. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for daily cash management tasks, including monitoring cash balances, bank reporting, and maintaining treasury dashboards.

A key responsibility is preparing detailed cash flow forecasts and conducting variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function, with proficiency in financial and cash management principles, as well as strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

They must also be able to handle sensitive information appropriately and possess excellent time management and organizational abilities.

A collaborative mindset and a focus on process improvement are essential for this role, as the Assistant Manager will work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to gather data for cash forecasting and facilitate banking transactions and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing daily cash management tasks

  • Monitoring and managing bank relationships and overall liquidity
  • Overseeing debt schedules and ensuring timely payments
  • Coordinating with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities
