Treasury Management Position

This is a high-level position within the organization, responsible for managing all treasury activities.

  • Key responsibilities include reviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management and analyzing and performing appropriate hedging and funding activities (Forex, swaps, loans, deposits, etc.).
  • Cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting are also critical components of this role.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, forex hedging, etc.) and working capital management.
  • Additionally, managing banking relationships and driving treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the region will be essential responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Finance and/or Banking with CA qualification/MBA is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 10-15 years of prior experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience in managing the treasury function as well as experience in treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow and various financial instruments is necessary.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail are required, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
