About Our Opportunity

We're building a curated pool of Learning & Development specialists to support delivering inclusive, data-driven digital learning programs. Engagements are contract-based and remote-friendly.

Location & Time Zones

  • Anywhere in India or outside
  • Remote-friendly with preferred time zones: India and Europe

Languages

English (professional proficiency) is required; French and/or German are strongly preferred. Please indicate your proficiency level.

Key Functions

  1. Instructional Designers — course design, accessibility, and localization.
  2. Project Managers — multi-workstream planning, stakeholder communication, budgets, and risks.
  3. eLearning Developers — Articulate Storyline, SCORM/xAPI, templates, interactions.
  4. HTML5 Learning Developers — responsive UI, JavaScript/CSS, LMS compatibility, WCAG 2.1.
  5. Learning Technologists — AR/VR, serious games, hybrid classrooms.
  6. Simulation Design & Delivery — ModuloPi, Laerdal SimCapture, CAE LearningSpace.
  7. Serious Games Designers & Devs — pedagogy and game mechanics for meaningful learning experiences.
  8. Data & Evaluation Analysts — Power BI, Tableau, Excel/SQL, SurveyMonkey, NVivo.
  9. Accessibility & QA — WCAG 2.1, ISO/IEC content checks.
  10. Event & Cohort Operations — global training logistics.
  11. Webinar Producers & Facilitators — platform setup and speaker operations.
  12. Cultural SMEs & D&I — inclusive content standards for diverse audiences.

Your Role

  • Design and deliver learning experiences and training events.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones and languages.
  • Build scalable templates, toolkits, and processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years of Learning & Development experience.
  • A strong portfolio with case studies.
  • Proven remote collaboration and clear communication skills.

Engagement Details

Contract/SOW based engagements with variable durations and rates depending on role, seniority, and geography.
