Job Title: Accountant

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various accounting tasks, ensuring timely completion of financial reporting, and supporting management with accurate data analysis.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger entries.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports.
  • Performing month-end and year-end closing and reconciliations.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting audits with proper documentation and records.
  • Generating reports as needed by management.
  • Processing entries such as contra, journal, receipt, and payment.
  • Collaborating with teams to optimize costs and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably having worked under a certified accountant or in a CA firm.
  • Proficient in Tally (knowledge of Zoho or other ERP tools is a plus).
  • Good understanding of AP/AR, GST, MIS reporting, and compliances.
  • Experience with inventory accounting is preferred (F&V domain is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools.
