Financial Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to manage the core financial functions for our business verticals.

This is a critical role where you will be responsible for end-to-end financial management, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all transactions.

  • Handle end-to-end core accounting including ledger management, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and budgets.
  • Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
  • Implement best practices to strengthen financial controls and processes.

Requirements:-

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven expertise in core accounting and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in EdTech or service sector will be an added advantage.
