Senior Product Manager

We're seeking a seasoned product leader to spearhead the development and growth of our Motor Insurance portfolio.
This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic thinker with expertise in product innovation, lifecycle management, and digital transformation. You will be responsible for crafting a comprehensive product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and launch innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Product Strategy and Development:
- Drive end-to-end product development, from concept to market launch.
- Leverage AI, machine learning, IoT, and data analytics to create modern, efficient, and customer-friendly solutions.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with underwriting, claims, actuarial, sales, marketing, and IT teams to develop competitive offerings.
- Oversee go-to-market execution, digital distribution, and partnerships.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure products are aligned with regulatory requirements and risk appetite.
- Develop and implement policies to mitigate risks and ensure financial performance goals are met.
You will have a high-performing team of product managers and digital specialists reporting to you, and you'll be expected to foster a culture of agility, innovation, and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in insurance product development, preferably in motor and/or general insurance lines.
- Deep understanding of insurance regulations, pricing strategies, and risk management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
