Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled project professional to lead multiple projects and guarantee timely completion while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project reports, planning, scheduling, and cost monitoring details for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, conduct site visits to verify progress, and identify critical/risk issues.
  • Proactively support and manage the project plan/team, adhering to best practices to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Billing and payment process as per terms and conditions.
  • Ensure handing over according to client satisfaction.
  • Allocate, monitor, and close snags/observation points shared by clients within the DLP period and follow up on retention amounts release.
  • Conduct site visits of new projects, prepare photographic reports, and submit to the project team.
  • Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, and Billing.
  • Cost Management.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Timely client bill raising as per terms and conditions.
  • Prepare cash flow for each project.
  • Follow up on Client Payment.
  • Present reports in weekly meetings.
  • Maintain professional relationships with contractors and clients.
  • Allocate works to subcontractors and monitor their progress.
  • Perform project audits versus actual reconciliation.

  • Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, and cost management tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
