Job Title: Concrete Plant Supervisor

Our company seeks a skilled and experienced concrete plant supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our concrete batching plant.

  • Plant Maintenance:

We are looking for someone who can maintain and repair the plant's machinery and equipment on a regular basis, ensuring that it is always in good working condition. This includes scheduling and managing maintenance tasks, performing routine checks, and addressing any issues that may arise during production.

Production Supervision:

You will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that high-quality concrete products are delivered on time and within budget. This involves monitoring the production process, identifying and resolving any issues that may impact quality or productivity, and implementing process improvements where necessary.

Quality Control:

We require a strong focus on quality control, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. You will work closely with our quality control teams to ensure that all products meet our strict quality standards, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Safety and Environmental Management:

In addition to maintaining the plant's machinery and equipment, you will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines. This includes implementing safe working practices, conducting regular safety inspections, and reporting any incidents or near-misses.

Team Collaboration:

As a member of our operations team, you will work closely with colleagues across various departments to achieve our goals. This includes collaborating with production teams, quality control teams, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, management)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment
