Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive business growth initiatives within the organization and report on their success.
  • Analyze current business processes and gaps, and develop revised processes that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify, define, gather, and monitor key business requirements and metrics.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to present key metrics, share highlights, gather requirements, and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Partner with stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and coordination to gather requirements, drive requirement discussions, and align business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, knowledge in SQL.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, data-oriented.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong bias for action, ability to connect and drive work across teams.
