Job Title: Urban Innovation Specialist

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team of experts who are dedicated to driving urban transformation and innovation. As an Urban Innovation Specialist, you will play a key role in helping government clients solve complex business issues and manage risk.

You will have the opportunity to work on multiple client engagements, take ownership of project delivery, and contribute to creating sustainable change by stimulating innovation, unlocking data possibilities, navigating risk and regulatory complexity, optimising deals, and aligning costs with business strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Collaborate with project teams to execute client projects effectively.
  • • Prepare proposals and presentations with minimal supervision.
  • • Manage smaller project components and understand client challenges.
  • • Conduct detailed analyses and present findings to project teams.
  • • Demonstrate technology consulting experience and knowledge of public policy.
  • • Exhibit strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • • Proficiently use Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Mandatory Skills:
  • • Technology consulting/implementation experience - prior experience in working for a top-tier consulting firm will be considered a plus.
  • • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills with the project team, clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • • Excellent analytical, time management and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • • Self-driven, desire to surpass expectations.
  • • Highly flexible, including willing to work away in different locations and geographies (if the engagement requires it).
  • • Willing to travel not just domestically but internationally as well. Willing to be deployed for both short and long-term durations if the project requires it.
