Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in urban planning and architectural design for ongoing and upcoming civil projects.
  • Prepare drawings, layouts, and master plans using CAD and other design software.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers in the design and execution of civil works.
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and mapping for planning and development studies.
  • Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for space optimisation, landscape integration, and urban infrastructure planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture / Urban Planning / Town Planning from a recognized institution.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience (freshers are welcome).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM, GIS, or similar design and planning tools.
  • Strong understanding of urban design principles, building regulations, and sustainable development.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with civil engineers and project managers.

  • Interest in sustainable and climate-resilient urban planning.
  • Creativity with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of project costing and estimation (added advantage).
