Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duck Creek DMS Specialist with expertise in Java to join our team at WITS Innovation Labs. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design, develop, and implement Duck Creek DMS solutions using Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Duck Creek DMS projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Duck Creek DMS.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical guidance.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its ecosystem.
- Experience with Duck Creek DMS development and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
