IT Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional service and support to our organization.

Job Description:
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations management, with experience in leading teams and managing day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the IT operations team to ensure delivery of high-quality services to customers.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on IT operations performance and any issues that may impact business continuity.


Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ITIL framework and service management practices
