Job Description:

A Structural BIM Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of construction projects by ensuring seamless collaboration between architects, engineers, and contractors through Building Information Modeling (BIM). This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of utilizing BIM software to deliver high-quality models, detecting clashes, and identifying constructability issues. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Recap is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit with experience in creating parametric and non-parametric families

  • Familiarity with 5D/4D BIM processes and Scan to BIM/PDF to CAD projects
