About a Key Position in Our Organisation

The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating and managing project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays.

In addition, they will act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related issues in the office, liaising with the global BIM leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), implementing ISO19650 workflows and certification.
  • Manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the office.
  • Drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level.
  • Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices.
  • Coordinate and manage project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related issues in the office, liaising with the global BIM leadership.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO19650 certification.
  • Oversee BIM-related software license renewals and allocations.
  • Represent BIM expertise in office meetings, audits, and client coordination.
  • Contribute to innovation in BIM workflows and foster cross-office collaboration.
