Job Title: HR Executive

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives, providing valuable insights for the organization.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, and colleges to attract top talent.
  • Source and recruit candidates by utilizing databases, social media, and other effective methods.
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications to identify potential matches for the role.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Onboard new employees to ensure they become fully integrated into the organization.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to maintain high standards.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with diverse groups.

A strong understanding of HR principles, laws, and regulations is essential for this role. The successful candidate will also have proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Requirements:
  • 0-1 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Vocational course, diploma, advanced/ higher diploma, professional degree, B.A, B.B.A, B.Com, or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
