Role Overview:

A Legal Associate with a minimum 2+ years of experience is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in commercial contracts, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong legal acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to support operations and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Draft and revise internal company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance protocols in alignment with current laws and best practices.
  • Draft legal notices and respond to queries or notices from statutory and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on issues involving regulatory and statutory compliance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exposure to corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, and startup ecosystem legalities.
  • Strong understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and data protection laws.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: LLB from a recognized university (mandatory).
  • Experience: Min. 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant legal role.
