The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art NLP, Computer Vision, and Speech techniques to enhance our platform capabilities.
Your primary objective will be to collaborate with other AI researchers to design and develop cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth and improve user experience.
You will also be expected to mentor and lead experiments with other team members, conduct research and experiments in deep learning, machine learning, and related fields, and support the development of AI techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced NLP, Computer Vision, and Speech techniques to enhance platform capabilities
- Collaborate with AI researchers to design and develop innovative AI solutions
- Mentor and lead experiments with team members
- Conduct research and experiments in deep learning, machine learning, and related fields
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with experience in machine learning and data analysis
- 3-4 years of industry experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP and Computer Vision
- Hands-on experience of ML model development and deployment
- Experience working with training and fine-tuning LLM is a plus
- Experience in audio/speech technologies is a plus
- Strong programming skills in Python, node.js or other relevant programming languages
