AP Tester for Retail

**Job Title:** SAP Tester – AP

Key Responsibilities:

1. Validate the accuracy of Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt reconciliations, invoice postings, and exception handling.
2. Test procure-to-pay (P2P) flows including purchase requisitions, orders, and vendor payments to ensure seamless transactions.
3. Perform backend validation of SAP tables such as MSEG, BSEG, and MARA for data integrity and reconciliation logic.
4. Execute test cases for batch jobs, document types, and pricing configurations to guarantee efficient processing.
5. Utilize tools like JIRA, Rally, and SQL for test tracking and data validation to enhance quality assurance.
6. Familiarity with retail-specific flows such as direct-to-store deliveries and site-based rules is essential for effective execution.
7. A self-motivated individual who can easily follow directions and complete tasks on time is required.
8. This is a tester position that does not involve leading or supervising other team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Retail Industry experience with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA for Retail, particularly in Accounts Payable and Inventory Management.
• Experience with testing tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of retail-specific business processes and industry trends is highly desirable.
